Sharneice Snyder, MA, MSEd, serves as vice president of patient and workplace safety for Rogers Behavioral Health. Snyder has been with Rogers since 2023. She served as executive director of operational integrations and in August 2024 she joined the compliance and continuous quality improvement department as vice president of patient and workplace safety. She has served the needs of the system in a variety of capacities including leading the implementation of the Behavioral Emergency Response Teams (BERT) at all hospital campuses. Before joining Rogers, Snyder worked for HCA Healthcare in Nashville supporting the system behavioral health service line with projects in the areas of behavioral health new build/start-up programs and oversight of its behavioral health corporate new leadership onboarding program.
Snyder holds a Master of Science in Education from Capella University with a specialization in training and performance Improvement, and a Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in professional counseling from Concordia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
