Cindy Meyer, President and CEO

Cynthia (Cindy) Meyer, MSSW, is president and CEO for the Rogers system where she leads the strategic direction of the organization with a focus on expanding treatment models to improve access to care, enhancing our workforce opportunities and culture, collaborating and engaging with our community partners, and continually transforming our processes.

Joining Rogers in 2022 as chief operating officer, Meyer oversaw three inpatient hospitals and 17 residential programs in Wisconsin, and outpatient clinics in 21 communities nationwide as well as Supportive Living services in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. With over 30 years of experience in behavioral health, she has an extensive background in program expansion, admission growth, physician recruitment and relations, staff development, and community integration. Meyer previously served as chief operating officer at HealthONE/The Medical Center of Aurora and Denver Market; Regional VP for Behavioral Health at HCA in the Capital Division; and Regional CEO of Streamwood, formally part of Acadia Healthcare.

Meyer is an advocate for increased access to services and improving mental health and wellness for all. She currently serves on the National Association for Behavioral Health Board of Trustees and the Ronald McDonald House Charities Board of Directors in Milwaukee. Her previous board positions include Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, NAMI Colorado, Mental Health Colorado, and the American Hospital Association (AHA) Behavioral Constituency Board.

Meyer received her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and her Master of Science in Social Work degree from the Kent School of Social Work in Louisville, Kentucky.
