After a year of planning and development, we are proud to announce the new Rogersbh.org!
Along with a bright and hope-inspiring look, Rogers’ new website provides a streamlined, responsive, and accessible experience for individuals, families, and referring providers. From consumer-friendly, inclusive, and stigma-free language to easy-to-locate screening tools, the website guides them to the relevant information and resources they need to make informed decisions about their mental health and substance use treatment needs.
The site is designed to create an environment where people not only feel informed but supported and encouraged.
“Our goal is to provide an experience that is easy to navigate and gets people in crisis into our care quickly,” explains Maureen Remmel, executive director, Marketing and Communications. “By speaking directly to them using compassionate and easy to understand language, the information we share becomes more accessible, removing barriers such as health literacy and comprehension.”
The new website has been designed with scalability in mind, which means that platform analytics, site user feedback, behavioral health consumer data, and other user experience metrics will be used to ensure the site and its content stay true to the needs and demands of the consumer, while also remaining compliant with cybersecurity laws, HIPAA regulations, and industry best practice. Additionally, the site can grow and flex as Rogers does the same.
“I’d like to thank Rogers’ ITS and Cybersecurity teams for their partnership in getting our new website through to the finish line,” says Maureen. “Most importantly, I’d like to thank and congratulate the Marketing and Communications department for their dedication and perseverance over the last year to achieve this important milestone.”
